The Museum is actually quite educational and does a great job at encouraging public enlightenment, discourse and engagement on a variety of worldwide issues. Valentines Day in NYC – Empire State Building
Looking to propose at the Empire State Building? They recommend proposing when the saxophonist is on the 86th floor Observatory deck (Thursdays-Saturdays, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.) and to request your special song to help set the mood while overlooking the romantic city lights. Afterwards, celebrate with a champagne toast at The Empire Room, located in the building on the main level on 33rd Street.
